Oh, don't you wish it were true. It is indeed an intriguing prospect though.

So, continuing his rampage of awesomocity, Thom of Pihakwa scribbled out a familiar looking character. So cool. Furthermore, I poked around some of the links there and stumbled into we funk. Any funk lovers must check this out. This is not optional. This is directive from all things funk. If I'd had this back when I ruled our high school combo with an iron fist (sort of), this would have been mandatory listening. I don't know how the horns would have dealt with it, but the bass and I would've gotten down no problem. Bah. Anyone want to start a band?

Actually, now that I've gushed about it a bit, I have to admit I'm not huge fan of most of the rap/hiphop stuff. Sorry if that's a downer.

The rest of today is not going to go well. I'm not going into it, but know that if you're reading this on August 4th, You're probably having more fun than I am.

Edit regarding foolish dependency on computers:

ARGH. I was going to make a background out of ninja Shuuji and pirate Elliot, but I go to do it and I find that I can only get this, because this is the one time ever that I forgot to save the unmerged character layers, so now I can't fix the lighting to be consistent/more detailed. I can't stand it. IT BURNS LIKE ACID.

176. Comic: Copper: Copper is my favorite webcomic. Every strip is inspiringly beautiful and bursting with imagination, but beyond that, they consistently resonate with profundity without screaming "Look at ME, aren't I profound!?" I tried to write a lot more corny praise, but just go read all of them instead, you won't be sorry. I was hoping to wait for Kazu Kibuishi to get back to it so I could scream about its return, but it's been quite a while already, so I'll just link it again once that happens.
