A fan pic of Tycho, obviously. Penny-Arcade was once my favorite comic of all time. Unfortunately, Sluggy Freelance usurped this position more or less recently (this has nothing to do with the following, believe it or not). This was even before the comic was live, so it's not like it was direct sucking up (maybe I subconsciously plan ahead). I got so amazingly bored during calculus that I scribbled this out, as I remember he had mentioned something about a love of turkey around the holiday season. I love the expression on the turkey's face, like he doesn't know what's about to happen, just that it can't be good. I don't even know what's about to happen, but it probably results in something being basted somehow with whatever that thing he's holding. Anyway, I emailed Tycho a link (how naive), and of course never got a response. I realized he probably gets a lot of random crap like this, and if it's not up to Gabe quality he probably just trashes it. No bitterness though, I still like the turkey. |
